Foot Stability

With 40+ muscles that transmit information into the whole body, the feet become our support centres. We walk on them, stand, run, dance, jump, work out on them! Foot stability is completely important to our overall health 🫶.

 

In my one to one, body therapy sessions of Body Barre Balance, the feet are one of the key foundations of focus; to align, strengthen and stretch the feet correctly. Posture awareness is key.

 

Starting at the ground up, correcting disorganization in the feet can lead to better knee, hip, and lower back alignment. Saying goodbye to aches and pains! When you correct the feet placement, the effect ripples throughout the body, right up to shoulders, head and neck. So say goodbye to headaches!
