Body Barre Balance
A Barre class, fusing Barre, Pilates, Cardio, Strength & Flexibility training in a semi-private class I have designed, as a professional dancer with 25 years of teaching.
Keeping all student levels in mind, I have created this class to help you understand, not only with the intelligence of your thinking mind but also with the intelligence of your moving body itself, how to make this ballet-barre class assist your transformational body-mind work.
I teach you how to reach optimal strength, flexibility and grace in your body experiences. I show you how to move using muscular actions with correct placement and posture.
I teach you how to release tensions from your body joints that may otherwise restrict your moving body.
The result is an elongation of limbs and spine, an expansion of embodied self-awareness.

BA MA Dance
Certified Yoga Instructor with YogaWorks, Los Angeles, California since 2010. Extensive education in Ballet Barre, Dance, BodyMindCentering, Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, Bodywork and healing techniques such as Reiki and Klein techniques.
Using a combination of Yoga, Pilates and a number of bodywork practices, I will help you achieve a pain free, stronger and healthier body and mind.
With gentle hands on corrections and alignment guidance, I will teach you how to use your body efficiently in order to gain optimal strength and flexibility without applying unnecessary pressure to areas of your body that may have been over worked previously.
I will work with your unique anatomical structure including your strengths and weaknesses to develop a personalised work out plan for you that will help you recover from any injuries or traumas that your body may still hold.
I work intuitively to understand your needs for this practice, and you will tell me also what you feel you need. I will help you release emotional tension and I will work through the physicality to teach you the greatest methods to develop your highest potential for being in a strong body that is mobile, calm and energetic.
